CrimeSoft CFS (Calls for Service) module and the Master Name File 'Profiler' seamlessly integrates with the main CrimeSoft program to provide the user with instant easy access to crucial information.

The CFS module is great at tracking all calls for service and prioritizing calls with visual color coding cues that allow dispatchers and supervisors to see at a glance what's hot and what's not. Dispatching your departments' units or other assisting departments or EMT's can all be accomplished on just one screen with one button time stamps, or if you prefer you can have the information separated into different categories and displayed one category at a time on three different screens. Automatic linking to the Master Name File, the Warrants file, and the Citations file make locating and displaying critical information a snap. Features include instant review of past calls to same address, number of matching hits on a variety of individual field information including name, SSN, license, and much more with instant one button viewing of past and current citations, warrants, and 'Profiler' info. A click of a button and the address of the call is displayed on a zoomable Google map or satellite photo. A variety of reports including a daily blotter are a snap to generate and easy to read. Plus it now features a dark mode for use in dimly lit areas.
